He will be sharpening knives at the restaurant this Next Monday, November 21st. If you would like to have him sharpen anything for you, bring your knives in anytime this week before 4:00 next Monday. He will have them ready to pick up the next day, Tuesday anytime after 9am (Tue 11/22)!
