**Friday June 10th from 5-7 Et Voila will be hosting a:
Release Party for the Hasley Cellars 2006 Meritage! 
It will be a free wine tasting and appetizer.  Included in the this is a free 3oz glass of wine and a small appetizer.

**Et Voila's favorite Mobile Knife Sharpener is back! We wanted to let you all in on this special find.  He is willing to extend our price for sharpening knives & scissors to all of you, our loyal customers.  This is by far the best deal anywhere!  This is the last sharpening session until July so please come and take advantage of this exciting deal!
 
 He will be sharpening knives at the restaurant this Thursday May 12th.  If you would like to have him sharpen anything for you, he will be here at 2:00p.m. so you can bring your knives in anytime this week before 2:00 on Thursday.  He will have them ready to pick up at 5:00pm that same Day (Thurs 5/12)!

As you know Cinco de Mayo is a very popular holiday in Mexico and USA thanks to the French!  Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican army's unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. To celebrate all of this we thought we would honor all of this at the French Lunch!  So if you speak French fluently or are just starting out come enjoy!  The Menu for this Special Lunch is below:
