**Something exciting happening tonight, Chef Jose Dahan will be on the KSBY News at 5:00, 6:00 & 10:00 for an interview regarding Foie Gras.  He will be discussing the controversial ban on Foie gras in the next 6 months. (if you miss the interview live, it will be on KSBY's Website as well)

~Because of this we will try to serve Foie gras as much as is available to us until then. We are hoping to serve it this Saturday night as an appetizer for our New Years Eve Dinner!  So come and join us!!!

**Due to the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday we thought that some of you might be in need of some knife sharpening.  So we have arranged for Et Voila's favorite Mobile Knife Sharpener to come.
He will be sharpening knives at the restaurant TODAY Monday, November 21st.  If you would like to have him sharpen anything for you, bring your knives in anytime today, Monday before 4:00.  He will have them ready to pick up tomorrow, Tuesday anytime after 9am (Tue 11/22)!
