Week of April 19th - 23rd, 2011

Et Voila is a local restaurant that has been doing its best to try and help out the local charities here on the central coast.  Some of those charities include Big Brothers Big Sisters, Friends of Prado Day Center & Casa.  Chef Jose Dahan will continue to look for ways to help out in our own community, however with the awful tragedy in Japan he feels that he wants to do all that he can to help out there as well.  Chef Jose has many Japanese friends who have family living in Japan & he has always had huge respect for Japan.  This tragedy has really moved Chef Jose and he feels that it is truly about this international community because they are struggling.  Chef Jose has the means to help because of having the restaurant to hold the event but also because at Et Voila Restaurant we have such amazing customers and friends who also have such a giving spirit and want to help out all that they can.  So Chef Jose Dahan and the whole Et Voila staff will be holding a very special fundraiser dinner to support Japan!
