 He will be sharpening knives at the restaurant this Thursday afternoon (Thurs 9/13/12).  If you would like to have him sharpen anything for you, bring your knives in anytime this week before 4:00 on Thursday.  He will have them ready to pick up the next day. (Friday 9/14/12)!
